Plan LuckPerms groups with colored prefixes, weights, inherited groups and granted or denied permissions. Generate console or in-game commands for Paper, BungeeCord and Velocity.

Run commands from top to bottom. Existing groups keep unrelated permissions. Prefixes need a compatible chat/TAB plugin. setprefix replaces the group’s current global prefix.

How to use

  1. 1Choose Paper/Spigot, BungeeCord or Velocity, and console or in-game commands.
  2. 2Add groups with unique names, colored prefixes, weights, permissions and a parent group. Prefix text is exported as entered.
  3. 3Copy or download the commands and run them in order. Review changes before applying them to existing groups.

Good to know

Inheritance and prefixes

Higher weights also become higher prefix priorities. Cyclic inheritance is rejected. Showing a prefix requires a chat or TAB plugin that reads LuckPerms metadata and understands your color format.

Existing groups

The default group already exists. Existing groups retain unrelated permissions and parents. setprefix replaces the global prefix. Leaving a field blank does not generate a command to delete existing data.
