Give Generator

Generate Java Edition /give commands for custom items, formatted names, lore, enchantments and unbreakable gear. Supports legacy NBT and both item component formats.

Java Edition only. Commands allow enchantment combinations beyond survival rules. Use a command block for long commands.

How to use

  1. 1Choose the exact Java Edition version, item ID, target and count.
  2. 2Add a formatted name, lore, enchantments and the unbreakable option.
  3. 3Copy the /give command to the game, or remove the leading slash when using the server console.

Good to know

Three command formats

1.13–1.20.4 uses NBT, 1.20.5–1.21.4 uses item components with JSON text strings, and 1.21.5+ uses inline SNBT text components and simplified enchantments.

Version and gameplay limits

Items and enchantments introduced after your selected version are rejected. The item list uses current registry names; renamed legacy items may need an older ID. Enchantment combinations are not restricted to survival rules. Long commands require a command block.
